   2. All products are subject to availability. We deliver to the UK only, subject to our acceptance of an order.
   3. Restrictions in delivery may apply to remote areas of the UK. You are advised to contact us before ordering products if you live outside of mainland UK. Delivery cannot be made to a PO address.
   4. Products available from www.nkbeauty.uk will comply with regulations and safety standards, where required, as applicable in the UK.
6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
   1. The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a user’s device will display the colours of any product accurately.
   2. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website.

7. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
   1. If you wish to change an order already confirmed by us, you should contact us without delay. We will let you know if the change is possible and any applicable changes to the charges, the timing of delivery or anything else which is necessary as a result of the requested change.

9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
   1. The price of the product will be the price indicated when an order is placed. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct.
   2. We accept payment with Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. All orders must be paid for before dispatch. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will cancel the order unless you make alternative payment arrangements.

   5. All prices shown online are inclusive of VAT and shall be payable in a currency stipulated on the website.

If we are unable to charge your credit or debit card with the full amount of the xxx, or if we are charged back for any fee previously charged to your credit or debit card, we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies to recover payment including without limitation, suspension or termination of your www.nkbeauty.uk account and rights from the website.
10. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
    1. For online orders the cost of delivery shall be confirmed to you at the time an order is placed.
    2. Delivery charges and timescales will vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. The delivery schedule is as follows:

10. If your order is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
11. You shall have responsibility for your order from the time we deliver to the delivery address or at the time the product is collected from us.
12. In the event that an order is undelivered the courier or Royal Mail should notify you to rearrange a delivery date. We reserve the right to make an additional charge to you for re-delivery if the goods are returned to us.
13. We reserve the right to cancel any contract if we are unable to deliver the order within a reasonable time period and this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS – ONLINE ORDERS
    1. We shall uphold your rights in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    2. You may cancel any order placed prior to our dispatch of goods if you send an email to us within 2 hours of placing an order. The email for cancellation is [email protected]
    3. Cancellation requests sent before 2pm on weekdays will be processed the same day. Cancellations after this time and on non-working days will be processed the next working day. Our general warehouse hours of operation are 9am to 3pm.
    4. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) you have the right to cancel any order placed on the website within 14 days of receiving the order. This right does not apply to those products which are exempt for hygiene reasons or if packaging is opened. We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to issuing any refund.
    5. If on delivery you find that products are defective or damaged, you must notify us of the defect within 1day of the date of delivery. We may ask you to return the product to us and if faulty and the fault was not caused by your neglect or misuse, you may be entitled to a refund. We will reimburse you for the cost of delivery back to us by the cheapest means of delivery. Any refund of the product is subject to our assessment of the product when received back by us.
    6. If we send you an incorrect product, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within a reasonable period of time. We may ask you to return the product to us by post at our cost or arrange for our carrier to collect the product from you.
    7. If we have done or have told you we are going to do something that affects our agreement with you, you may have the right to end your contract with us. In the following circumstances you shall be entitled to receive a full refund for any product not yet dispatched by us:

You have the right to a refund for an order placed online where you notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 3 days in which to return the product/order to us. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our acceptance of the return of the contents of the order.
16. If you are returning an order for any reason, other than those that are faulty or there is an error by NK Beauty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products
17. We shall not accept the return of any product in respect of:

    1. products that have been unsealed and/or used after you receive them.
18. All products returned should be sent back with the original packaging unless damaged or defective. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
19. Refunds that are accepted by us will be processed and paid within 30 days, using the original payment details and method.

    1. NK Beauty Ltd – www.nkbeauty.uk has the right to publish any feedback received from customers but retains the right to choose not to display a review for any reason whatsoever.
